Faith Church – Christmas for Everyone

  • Registration
    • October 27 – November 6 -or- until the program is full.
  • Items required at registration
    • 1) Photo ID (Driver’s License OR State Issued ID)
    • 2) Proof of eligibility:
      • Food Stamps (SNAP)/Hoosier Works Card OR
      • Healthy Indiana Plan Card (HIP) OR
      • Medicaid Card OR
      • Pay Stub(s) (showing income at or below 150% of Federal poverty level) OR
      • Documentation showing proof of free school lunch eligibility
    • 3) One of the following for EACH of the children you are registering:
      • Child’s Social Security Card

Salvation Army – Angel Tree Program

What’s Offered:

  • Date – Saturday, December 13, 2025
  • Jubilee Christmas is a special LUM program for families with children ages 12 years old & younger. If you participate in Jubilee Christmas, you will be invited to a host site and provided with new toys for your children. You will also receive gift wrap and some food items & gift cards to make your Christmas dinner more special.
  • Each Child (12 years old & younger) – Toys, plus gift wrap
  • Each Teen (13 to 18 years old) – Gift card
  • Each Family – Food card & Meat/protein food card
  • Type of event — each site will decide on the type of event they will host — In-Person, Limited In-Person, Curb-side or Walk-Through

How to sign up for Jubilee Christmas:

  • You must meet the eligibility requirements below and REGISTER online
  • Family adult representative must have a working PHONE and an EMAIL account that is checked regularly
  • Registration is online. Call or email if you do not have access to the online form.
  • Registration is first-come, first-served
  • LUM is restricted to a limited number of families that we may register
  • If you received postcard in the mail, please register online ASAP
  • If you do not receive a postcard, register during “open registration”
  • Open Registration (i.e. registration for anyone without an invitation)
    • Begins on October 8, 2025 — until all spots are filled.

Who’s eligible for Jubilee Christmas:

  • You must have legal custody of at least one child who is 12 years old or younger (as of December 13, 2025)
  • You must be a resident of Tippecanoe County (Indiana)
  • Your household income must be less than 150% of the poverty threshold

What information you need to give LUM:

  • Name and date of birth for everyone living in your household
  • Address, phone number, email address
  • Monthly Household Income Total (must include all working adults in the household)
  • To verify income eligibility you must provide ONE of the following:
    • SNAP, TANF or Medicaid case or card number
    • Copy of your child’s current Federal FREE Lunch acceptance letter (not reduced)
    • Proof of household income of each working adult (pay stubs of all working adults in the household)

  • If your registration is complete and approved, your family will be assigned in November to a host site for Jubilee Christmas Day.
  • Families may only participate in ONE local Christmas toy assistance program.
    Once you are registered for LUM Jubilee Christmas, your name will be shared with the sponsors of all of the local assistance programs like the American Red Cross, Bauer Family Resources, Lyn Treece Boy & Girls Club, Wabash Valley Alliance, Faith Church & the Salvation Army.

Apply for Citizenship – On Your Own

HOW TO APPLY FOR CITIZENSHIP ON YOUR OWN



How it Works

Citizenshipworks is a free  service that helps you apply for citizenship online on your own. This service will guide you through the process of your eligibility and citizenship application and then connect you to our initiative’s immigration provider organizations for an easy, quality, free final review. For instructions on how to use the portal see below.

How to Use Citizenshipworks – Step by Step Instructions

In order to ensure efficiency and timeliness, we ask that you begin your application online through a website managed by our DOJ Accredited Representatives, Citizenshipworks. When you come in person for your appointment, DOJ Accredited Representatives will access your application through the website and make any necessary changes. If you do not have access to a computer or need help using the computer, please call Monica at 765) 423-2691 

Step 1: 

Go to https://www.citizenshipworks.org/portal/lum and click the green button to start your application now! 

Step 2: 

Once you answer the initial screening questions (age, green card date, etc.) you will be directed to create an account. In order to start your application, you must create an account using your cell phone number or email. Don’t forget your username (cell phone number or email) and password! 

Step 3: 

When you sign in for the first time, you will receive a pop-up notification asking you to join [org name]. This allows our Accredited Representatives to access your application. Click the green option, “Join.” 

Step 4: 

Click on “Application” and begin! Complete as much as you can before your appointment date. If you complete the entire application, you will be able to save time in your in-person appointment. Please make sure that you answer each question truthfully and honestly. After you are finished, please send an email to [org email] that you completed your application. DOJ Accredited Representatives will not be able to assist you if you have not completed 90% of the application, and you will be referred to [our drop-in hours/workshop].

Ensure that you have all necessary documents to bring with you for your appointment

ID Clinic Assistance Request

Due to COVID-19, the LUM Office is closed for visitors. If you wish to request assistance in obtaining an ID during this time, you must complete the request form below. LUM staff members will review your request each THURSDAY morning and call or email you. For more information about the LUM ID Clinic, click HERE.

Financial Assistance Request

Please Note – This Form is ONLY for Individuals who are NOT able to Request Assistance In-Person (M-F – 8:15AM) due to Disability, Work Schedule or Illness


LUM staff members will review your online request and call or email you between 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday after your application and supporting documentation (lease or utility bill, etc) is received.
