Help Getting an ID – COVID-19 Response below
What’s Offered:
- Help in getting a valid ID card (Indiana identification) and/or birth certificate
How to Use the ID Clinic:
- COVID-19 RESPONSE
- Due to COVID-19, the LUM Office is closed to visitors. Here is how you may request help in getting an ID
- Call the LUM Office (765-423-2691) on Fridays from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.
- The service is free, but the entire process may take a few weeks to complete
Who may Use the ID Clinic:
- Tippecanoe County residents
What you should bring with you:
- Information – names of birth parents, city & state of where you were born, name of schools you attended and years of enrollment
- Birth certificate, if available
- Social Security card, if available
